Was founded in 2008 to assist the family law and therapist community along with their clients, in the process of divorce, to create better dissolution of marriage outcomes. The formula to improving the outcome of a divorce lies in the trademarked acronym CRADLE, Credit, Assets, Dependents, Life and Estate.
 | This designation was created for the need that was not being addressed thus hurting a lot of people. For example A lady was going through a divorce and whose spouse refused to pay temporary maintenance, child support and had allowed the marital residence to go into foreclosure.She wanted refinance her home and extract $150,000.00 in cash to pay her attorney’s bill and give her some cash to live on, until her divorce was final. But it was too late. This example and many others could have been be prevented if they had had timely advice. This led Sammie to explore why this had been happening. |
Sammie’s research took him to meet with attorneys, mental health therapist and financial planners and what he discovered was that every link in the chain was focused on life after the divorce, but none concentrated on how they would get through their divorce fiscally intact.
When going through a divorce people fail to plan for the financial pressures that divorce will place on them. Yes, they know that money will be tight, but they avoid developing strategies to get them through this difficult time. In addition, most people never plan for life after their divorce and so CRADLE becomes the Certified Divorce Planning Professional’s tool to create comprehensive solutions for life before, during and after divorce to ensure our clients remain self sufficient during as well as after their divorce.
